We help organisations to make money and to save money - professional engineers can do this! We’ve been making businesses more profitable since 1998 when our sibling founders, fed up with the bureaucracy of larger organisations, decided to go it alone and set up Enspec as a friendly, flexible engineering company.
Two decades on, we’re still a friendly bunch and one of the UK’s leading independent specialists in power quality engineering. We really understand electrical power systems and are passionate about what we do and what’s happening in the wider world of technology. We are progressive members of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) with links to academia - so if we don’t have the immediate answers, chances are we know somebody that does. We offer specialist engineered products and services such as Power System Studies, Power Factor Correction, Harmonic Filters, Reactive Compensation, Point-on-Wave Switching and Site Services. We're here to help all manner of heavy electricity users such as utilities and renewables, oil and gas, manufacturing and other industries.
Corporate and Social
We also care about the impact of our practices and take CSR seriously. We aim to maintain the highest standards in ethical behaviour, environmental sustainability, supplier relationships and data security.
We care about all stakeholders and take an active role in supporting community projects.
We like to help community organisations that focus on supporting young people to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. Members of our team are encouraged to play an active role in the community and to raise funds for local causes.
Through coaching and mentoring, key members of our team support Hetton Juniors Roma Under 11’s and the Thatto Heath Crusaders and we continue to further support these caring grassroots organisations through kit sponsorships. We also sponsor promising young St Helens boxer, Zac Dwyer, of JC’s Amateur Boxing Club, who has big dreams of competing in the Olympic Games.
As an ISO 14001 registered company, it’s not just about us, it’s about the environment too. We are fully committed to comply with environmental laws and regulations and to the continuous improvement of our environmental management systems in order to minimise any negative effects of our operations on the environment
In our day-to-day business we are fortunate and proud to do so much of our work within the renewables sector and to help heavy electricity users reduce their energy consumption.
